Very professional, and protected my dignity at every stage of the experience. Welcomed me with tea and were reassuring throughout.
Though it wasn't too busy at the time I went, so I don't know how it is normally but I didn't feel rushed, which was nice.
Overall the experience was lovely for me and I enjoyed the ambiance, as a first-timer I'm happy I went.
