I got the 60 minute Thai Massage, very professional and relaxing atmosphere - was offered herbal tea and a place to put my bags.

The massage was nice but I paid for an hour and only got 45 minutes which I realised after I had got dressed and was walking to reception and could check my phone. I mentioned this to the receptionist and told me ‘next time to let her know’ which wasn’t helpful. Instead I should have been offered a partial refund for the time I paid and didn’t get so I left a little frustrated.
