I'm a big guy who suffers from a lot of knots in my back, shoulders and legs (from years of running without proper stretching or regular massages). May was absolutely ruthless in attacking my most problematic and tense areas. She released knots that I didn't even know existed. I swear, I walked out an inch taller.
