This session, a deep tissue full body massage was a gift from my daughter and it was just what I needed. My therapist was excellent - she made sure I was comfortable throughout and checked whether the pressure she was applying was appropriate or not. The background music was nice and the room was appropriately lit. The person on reception was welcoming and friendly. It was perfect.

Just excellent - have had back and shoulder problems for 18 months. And carrying a lot of stress all over. After 2 sessions I feel like a new person. Will be coming regularly - I really recommend the 90 minutes. Very professional and sensitive to injuries etc while also relieving deep tension and muscle pain. Superb. My 76 year old dad is also a devotee.
