The receptionist, could be a bit more helpfully and knowledgeable i feel, as when asked that i wanted a therapist very strong with very firm presser, i was told she was not sure and they all different techniques, yes I understand this but surely they should know there therapist right and offer some advice information.
Also not taking phone booking on Friday or over the weekends is a bit strange.
