The venue itself is a bit underwhelming, didn’t have a luxury feeling to it at all. The receptionist was unpleasant and borderline rude. None of the friendly welcoming you’d expect at a massage parlour. She even cornered us on our way out, insisting we hadn’t made payment, and my poor mum had to get her bank statements up on her phone - AND SHE STILL WASN’T SATISFIED. Cannot fault the massage itself, it was INCREDIBLE. Sadly I haven’t decided if I will return based on my experience as a whole.

Very good experience with the massage. The therapist was skilled and professional. The only down experience was with the receptionist:No professional welcome when we arrived, even when we finish our message she did not bother to check how was it. she nearly ruined our experience by saying how will you pay though we paid online, we had to show her the money was taken out of my account, the way she went on about was not professional at all. She didn’t even apologise for their mistake.
