My go to massage spot! We were quite late to the appointment and they still accommodated us. I felt very relaxed during and after the massage. The medium pressure was perfect for me as previously it has been a bit painful when firm pressure was used.

A great deep tissue massage! The masseuse listened to my main issue (tight back and hamstrings) and focused her efforts there, including some active stretches towards the end. Woke up the next day with a lot of the tension/tightness in my back relieved. Have booked a package as a result and intend to return monthly going forward.
