The lady at reception was very miserable on arrival. She didnt smile and was abrupt in her communication.

I booked 90 mins and the beginning was great and then it felt like it was too hard work so she wasn’t putting enough pressure, I would ask her too and she would fo5/10 mins and then go back to a gentle massage.
