The lady at reception was very miserable on arrival. She didnt smile and was abrupt in her communication.
The masseuse was the worst one I have tried here, normally they are fantastic. I booked 90 mins and the beginning was great and then it felt like it was too hard work so she wasn’t putting enough pressure, I would ask her too and she would fo5/10 mins and then go back to a gentle massage. I asked her to focus on my feet last 20 mins she kept asking if I wanted a stick, I said no. Not the
