Last minute booking so they weren't expecting me but they sorted it out quickly and I had a brilliant massage. Quite painful but therapist listened to me and adjusted the pressure

Simona was wonderful. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. I did have to ask her to explain the various steps of the facial which I think should be explained. Other than that, she was really thorough and I left feeling relaxed and with a very fresh face :)
