I was surprised / disappointed that upon arrival they had no record of my booking. Luckily they had space. They asked me no questions at all - nothing in terms of preferences or medical issues. Straight to it - quite disappointing and I feel I didn't get much value out of the experience - I wish they'd asked me what I wanted!
