I have been here several times over the years. I recently came here for the first time in a while and they appear to have changed staff. I booked in for a deep tissue massage, but the massage I received was very different to previous deep tissue massages I have had here. The masseuse would either use strokes that were too soft with her palms, or press really hard with her knuckles. I asked several times for the pressure to be adjusted, but found it difficult to get what I wanted. I also felt the masseuse was getting a bit annoyed with me, so stopped asking for adjustments towards the end.
