Despite having booked online the night before, on arrival the manageress said she had no staff and could I come back in an hour. As I couldn't, she offered to do the treatment herself, and it was the best I had had there; very impressed at both that and the can-do attitude!

A welcoming and quiet atmosphere. Totally relaxing ambience.
A convenient location that's easy to find.
I went with a sore neck and after an hour, the therapist worked her magic and I felt refreshed.
When I arrived the receptionist was not aware that I had an appointment (booked on Treatwell). But she said that she was able to fit me in. The waiting room is extremely dark and a bit unpleasant. The receptionist was hanging on a chair looking at her mobile phone most of the time.
The beautician did not gave me the feeling that she was looking forward doing the treatment and it made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Especially when she mentioned that I had ‘big nails’. Overall not a very pleasant experience. Would go somewhere else next time.

Great ambienece, lovely and comforting masseuse. Very relaxing. Felt amazing afterwards! Will for sure go back. Cannot reccommend anough. Great location as well, conveneinet to get to between two majotr tube stations. Calming and wonderful

The therapist quickly established where I needed most work and adapted the massage accordingly. Helped my recovery from a long weekend of mountain climbing. The shop was clean and welcoming. Highly recommended.
