didn't use the spa - so I don't know what it's like
the message was very painful --- but that's my fault for NOT scretching out pre/post exercise!!
will def be going back as the massage made massive in-roads into my tight muscles

The therapist was very junior and her technique wasn't as experienced. When I asked her to go firm is was at a medium pressure.
On the plus side I got 5mins extra
