A much needed chance to de-stress and reset. If you can go for 1.5 hours please do - the physical and mental release are worth it. My therapist was absolutely brilliant and phenomenally strong but very careful not to hurt me. The venue was fairly minimalistic but clean and tidy- I was there for the massage, not the decor!
