Massage very firm - just what I needed! Was told to arrive early so I could fill out forms and avoid this time being taken off my massage which I did but salon doesn’t open until 11 and my appointment was for 11! Luckily there was someone there who let me wait I inside. Massage started a bit late and lasted 50-55 minutes instead of an hour. Could hear clock ticking and there was building works going on which I could also hear. Other than this a very good and relaxing experience. I would go again but only with a deal.
