Massage was good, the ambience could be a bit better (unfortunately they had refurbishment happening at the time i visited) apart from that the customer service was very nice.

We booked a two people massage for 540pm. Before making the booking on treatwell, I gave them a call to confirm they can do 540pm, and that they will arrange female therapists for us (as my girlfriend has some poor experience with male therapist before). I got assured over the phone that they only have female therapists and 540pm booking was fine. Treatwell team - I can send you my call records to show I had a one minute call with them before making the booking.
My girlfriend and I arrived at the massage place at 530pm but was shocked to see the massage place was closed, with a sign saying it’s only reopening at 630pm. We tried calling them but no one answered. We waited until around 545pm then walked away to try to find somewhere to sit down. I called them again before 6pm and was astonished when the person on phone said they opened on time - they were obviously lying! Treatwell - I have taken a photo with their “open again at 630pm” sign which was taken past 540pm.
When we walked back to the massage place, it was around 6pm. The reception lady said we were late when we arrived. How could they blame us when it’s their fault to close the place and put up a sign saying they are not opening until 630pm?
What’s more annoying was that when we were inside the room, we realised one of the persons who would do the massage was a man. To be clear we have no complaint to the therapists themselves, they were good and they were not to blame for our unpleasant experience. We are not discriminating against male therapist - it’s just personal preference given we took off our clothes and lied down for a full body massage. We proceeded with the massage with the male therapist as they said they have no other therapist available. But we were very disappointed, given we did call beforehand and got promised for female therapists.
Our massage was supposed to be an hour long. With all the poor arrangements the massage only started around 615pm and finished by 705pm, both according to the clock in the massage room. We didn’t bother to mention the missing ten mins as we have had enough..
