A great massage. She spent a lot of time on some really tough knots and really focused on trying to alleviate them. Clean, welcoming venue and GREAT value for money but might benefit from turning the volume of soothing music up or soundproofing the staff break room as both times I’ve attended I’ve heard staff talking through walls of treatment. Only a minor thing in an otherwise a great place to go!!

Turned up at 8 and they weren’t expecting me, argued amongst themselves about who was going to do my massage. They should keep an eye on Treatwell for last minute appointments! As my massage was in progress I could hear other therapists outside crashing about noisily getting ready to leave. Felt really uncomfortable. Not worth £50!!!!
