The booking I made on Facebook didn't make it to the shop, so they were not expecting me, a room wasn't ready until 15 mins later and I have a female therapist where I asked for male. She was excellent! I was late leaving so had to shell out for a cab though I'll be going back. I told the therapist that my neck was the main issue, where it was the last thing she got to and didn't give it a lot of attention. All the same, I'll certainly give it another shot and stress the neck - a couple of times
