Tania was very thorough and knowledgable during my sports massage. I've felt the benefit since and it has really freed up a long time tight hip. She was very able to find all my knots and worked very thoroughly throughout. I was impressed with how conscientious she was and how quickly she spotted all my issues. Well worth the visit and I will be back.
