Toni seems nice but I regret booking. I was having a mental crisis, just wanted a silent one, she spoke almost all the time and I didn't know how to say stop, she didn't recognise the cues. Also needs sensitivity training, as she is unintentionally(I'm hoping) racist. Saying things that made me cringe to my core. 'Black skin is dry''I worked cleaning homes&Black people own so many cosmetics in their bathrooms''I used my Black friend as a guinea pig to test this scrub I made' many more things...
