My issue has never been with the employees. They are all good, and I never had a wasted hour. My issue is with the company itself--if you need to attend several times, ask a lot about the conditions of the bonus / free hours. They threw away my discount card full to the brim with paid hours because it'd been out of date after Xmas. But I kept on going anyway. Next time I was entitled to half price, for them half of 70 pounds is 40, so I had to pay for half an hour and the other half is free.

Really attentive and the atmosphere was great! A hot towel was used to remove the leftover oil from the massage and adjusted the heating of the room. This was my second time coming and will defo come back!
