Went in for a couples massage and had probably the best massage I've ever had. Walked out feeling revived and brand new. Will definitely be coming back.
Pammy was not my therapist, it was Nan. I wish she had been though.
Siam started by changing the time of my appointment last minute. Then, I had emailed somebody asking about a strong Deep Tissue massage. I specified that I wanted it strong, or else it is a waste of time and money. I told Nan twice, but she did what she wanted, so it was a waste of time and money. Apart from that, it was almost humiliating the way she went around things.
When I complained afterwards, they didn't apologise.
In the waiting room a therapist was playing videos on his phone loudly, which was annoying. I informed the reception afterwards and they said he just rented a room and didn't work directly for them but they had a word, which is fair enough. The massage was ok but the therapist did give me some bruises on my legs - when I asked her to move to a different spot several times, she just smiled. I will not see the same person again.
