Monika is clearly experienced and very good at her job. She is also very friendly and down to earth, and so made me feel entirely at ease.
I was in some pain and quite stiff when I arrived. But left feeling so much better and pain free! Overall very good value for money and time.
My only suggestion might be to have slightly more lighting in the corridor down to the treatment room as I found it a bit dark. Light levels in the room were comfortable however.
