Ohm was very good. I explained my issue to him but he seemed to be able to work out, without asking, which areas needed most attention. He was able to apply quite a lot of force (he asked me first how much I preferred) very effectively which felt like exactly what I needed.
Since the massage my neck/back issue has been a lot better.
