This salon is a brilliant 'find' in the middle of Banstead high street. Rozi and all the staff are very welcoming. My appointments are started promptly and I receive timely reminders before the date which is really helpful. The salon is clean and warm and there is a calm, relaxing attitude that emanates from the staff. The customers all seem to be enjoying their visit due to the excellent customer service.
