Rude and unorganised. Salon called 35 mins before my booked appointment time to ask if I could go in earlier, I said yes but I’d need 15/20 mins to get there, arrived just under 20 mins later and was immediately told I was late in an incredibly rude and disrespectful manner. Won’t go again which is a shame as the pedicure, which was done by someone else, was actually pretty good.
