Facial with Rozi was brilliant - everything was explained clearly and I felt well looked after. Left the salon feeling relaxed and very happy with the treatment. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Mahi tinted my eyebrows and lashes on Saturday she was excellent. Particularly as my lashes are very sparse she really made them look like I had some decent lashes.

I was given a Treatwell voucher and so wanted to treat myself to a facial and get my eyebrows done. However, when I arrived I was told as the bookings were not in the right orders I could not have the eyebrows done which was fine and understood. The problem was I was made to feel that I had booked it wrong and it was tricky to amend etc. It was a shame as the treatments were 10/10 and would recommend to others, but due to the initial interaction it was not full stars for the overall experience.
