Rosie is good and goes the extra mile. She certainly knows what she’s doing.
The atmosphere is I’d say sterile having been several times other consultants don’t acknowledge or make you feel welcome unless they are doing your treatment. They lack customer service and appear oblivious to other clients other than their own!!!
