I’m disappointed in the lash lift. It’s been more than 10 days since I had it, and my eyelashes are still really curled in towards the eyelids - the effect is an exaggerated inward curl rather than an elegant lift, despite following the after care instructions.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews but I booked there because of the glowing reviews, and I had a very different experience. I also emailed them about the issue and they never replied.

Mahin was 10mins late starting the appointment and then it finished 10 mins earlier too. So I wonder what we are paying for if 40mins is allocated. She did not apologise for being late. She seems pleasant however she has a very rushed style to her. She was not gentle and very quick with her waxing. She then finished with threading on the face which was hap-hazard and she does not inform the client of what to expect. She has left my skin very dry and peeling and a few patches of irritation.
