I had booked online and paid. When I arrived, I discussed what I need done with the technician and she started working. Few minutes into that, I realised that I better check if there is a difference in price and it turned out to be "double". It was a bit of a shocking price and it was too late to opt out. I believe with her being the expert, she should inform the client of the change of price. There was also a gap in the lashes and I tried to show her but she wouldn't accept.

It was my first time at Si Belle in Richmond and I'll be coming back.
The welcome from the staff was so warm and kind! The massage was extremely relaxing and just as I wanted it (firm pressure). The facial, wow, so dreamy.
An incredible experience from start to finish, so happy I booked! :)
