The usual experience at this salon was great. This time was much below expectations, my booking was change to a different person without being asked in advance and, even if I had the appointment for full manicure in the hour I barely had the gel removal done.

I have had my eyelash extensions done for a year by a very nice lady in Putney. She has moved on so I needed to find somewhere new.
My therapist was perfectly pleasant but didn't do chatting so it felt very long and impersonal. I used to pay £100 for a full set which were amazing. Si Belle £140 not as good and really expensive.
