I had eyebrow lamination and tint done, but the results were disappointing. My brows were sticking up unnaturally, not lying on the skin, and the tint (which I asked for light brown) didn’t change the color at all. The technician said it would change after washing, but that’s not how tint works. I also got gel on my toes—they quoted £32 but charged £42 for removal without mentioning it upfront. Plus, I was pressured to get a pedicure even though I didn’t need one. Overall, very disappointed
