I am a regular client at Shumaila's salon in Loughton, and every visit is a positive experience. The entire team is exceptionally friendly, welcoming and professional. Each member of staff is highly knowledgeable about their individual role, which gives you complete confidence in the service you receive.
The salon itself is always spotless, creating a relaxing and professional environment. There is consistently someone on reception to greet clients on arrival, so you never feel overlooked.

I booked my treatment in the afternoon for an early evening appt. When I arrived I was told the booking hadn’t gone through to their system, 3 1/2 hours later, despite having received a confirmation email from them with pre treatment advice etc. Although the therapist was polite, they made little to no effort to accommodate me, even though my treatment was only a 10 min appointment, only offering to book another appointment next week. Highly disappointing, so I would not recommend or return.
