Booked through Treatwell and though I had 2 reminders the salon said they couldn’t find my booking. They managed to fit me in and though I have a walking stick had me walk down to the basement with lots of stairs- so no accessibility awareness. The facial was good but the technician tried to sell me a package throughout. She also took before and after photos and didn’t even show me them - what was the point? If you want a relaxing treatment I’d choose somewhere else.
