Im regular in chigwell branch but this one was not good. I went in the room and the light was so bright and no music- not ambient at all, secondly no blanket or heating (December). No massage, extractions were painful nobody asked if I was okay!

Eyebrows are wonky & not shaped probably have had to go home to rectify even after having to point out issue whilst there already as lovely as the provider was unfortunately not happy with final result
