The facial was a 7/10 as this is the 2nd time I got product in my eyes because too much was used and I'd already told the therapist. Apart from that, the facial I booked was a "deep cleansing" one but on her recommendation, I got the "brightening" one instead. I really enjoy hands on massage and she was good with the movements. I was relaxed. The couch was very comfortable and I would recommend a visit.
