Hydra facial isn’t the same compared to other places such as thérapie clinic. Hydrafacial at Shumaila’s is very basic. The use of the machine itself on the face is very quick compare to other places.

I came for a massage because I was in pain with a trapped nerve. I told the therapist this. I showed her where the pain was. I had booked a deep tissue massage - but the therapist was giving a relaxing and soft massage, and massaging my arms and neck. I told her a few times where the pain was and she did not focus on that area, she just continued giving a relaxing massage. Therefore she doesn't seem like she knows what she is doing. I needed a firm massage to help the knot and trapped nerve.
