Lovely place, but would not recommend for Hollywood wax- don’t think the practitioner knew what she was doing. Felt like the worst experience ever and also quite humiliating. Wouldn’t ever go back, staff are quite pressuring when wanting to ‘offer’ services by quoting you a lower price that must be redeemed immediately. Offered full body laser treatment straight after my waxing and she said offer only available today and then very dismissive when I rejected offer

The facial was a 7/10 as this is the 2nd time I got product in my eyes because too much was used and I'd already told the therapist. Apart from that, the facial I booked was a "deep cleansing" one but on her recommendation, I got the "brightening" one instead. I really enjoy hands on massage and she was good with the movements. I was relaxed. The couch was very comfortable and I would recommend a visit.
