Awful staff to tell my facial lady to not to speak and to keep quiet a few times. It’s rude not to interact with your customers specially when your doing stuffs to their faces.( we wouldn’t want to know what you are using).Mariam was such a nice person but the others are rude. If you want to keep customers happy and to come back please interact with them also not get jealous that customers talk to your staffs. I know it’s Eid rush but do try to keep your customers service intact

It was a good haircut but the salon should definitely specify that they don’t wash the hair first - I didn’t know that before I attended as it wasn’t made clear on the website. Other than that the haircut was good, it did the job. Would definitely recommend it if you just want a quick trim or a cut to make your hair fresh and healthy but if you want to get a bit pampered then it’s good to pay a bit more money and go somewhere else

Was amazing. Went to wax for the first time and the lady waxing was so patient with me! Very professional too. Was very quick with no fuss. I got the Hollywood, legs, and underarms. Great value for money!!

Hetal was a lovely wax therapist, she had good attention to detail and checked that I was okay with the temperature. The salon has really good prices so would definitely recommend! Would suggest booking daytime slots as they can be really hectic in the evenings.
