Last week I went for a deluxe manicure and pedicure but was extremely disappointed. I chose a simple cream color to avoid extra charges for designs. The technician barely shaped my nails and used unsterilized tools. She roughly cut my cuticles, causing pain and didn’t clean them properly. The polish was applied unevenly, and my pedicure was painful with nails left uneven. Despite calling ahead, I was charged extra for gel polish and removal. I left feeling upset, with damaged cuticles and nails
