The shampoo was nice, however the haircut was just okay. Length wise I’m happy with it, but I felt the hairdresser was quite rough with my hair. I have naturally wavy hair (somewhere between 2C-3A). The stylist cut my hair whilst it was wet, which was absolutely fine. However, she used a fine tooth comb which was rather painful. She also did not use heat protectant before blow drying my hair. Also, a few spots were missed during the blow dry meant there were dents in my hair afterwards.
