The shampoo was nice, however the haircut was just okay. Length wise I’m happy with it, but I felt the hairdresser was quite rough with my hair.
I have naturally wavy hair (somewhere between 2C-3A). The stylist cut my hair whilst it was wet, which was absolutely fine. However, she used a fine tooth comb which was rather painful. She also did not use heat protectant before blow drying my hair. Also, a few spots were missed during the blow dry meant there were dents in my hair afterwards.

I had an amazing head massage — so relaxing and thorough. She even noticed I was holding tension in my shoulder from sleeping badly and took the extra time to massage it, which really helped ease the pain. Thoughtful, skilled, and caring service from start to finish.
