I paid a deposit and turned up and she said she can’t remove my lashes still need my refund. Overall the place was ok but it’s not fair to make me pay a deposit and turn up for her to say she’s cancelled already maybe have an option where we can pay at the venue and not waste money.

I booked online got to the place no one was there I called the mobile a there was no reply I waited 40 minutes no one turned up an no one returned my numerous calls Wowcher need to stop listing this business which has clearly let down others, it says is non refundable even though I turned up to get my nails done
