Kajal was welcoming and the salon is absolutely spotless. It is clear Kajal is a perfectionist and both treatments I had were finished to an immaculate standard. Im quite shy and not much of a talker and at no point did I feel uncomfortable or forced into small talk like they do in some places. This is the first real salon experience I have had and will definitely be returning.
