I had accidentally booked the express blow dry (which requires you to wash your hair before you go), I hadn't realised this as Treatwell doesn't make it clear but Becky was lovely and offered the signature blow dry instead (incl. hair wash). The blow dry itself was lovely and bouncy but didn't stay in for very long. Fizz was a lovely surprise while I was having the blow dry!
