The blow dry was good but could be improved ( " flat " hair 2 hours later )but strongly recommend Benedict anyway

Excellent experience, Prosecco was a nice touch, the only thing i would change is the conversation at the end where i was asked if i wanted to 'try' any products, try to me means sample however costs were added to my bill which i think the word 'buy' or 'purchase' would have been better and would have minimised embarrasment.

Just recently had my first experience here getting a signature blow dry, absolutely loved it! It is a little pricy but the venue is fabulous, very intricately decorated and stylish, flexible business hours too! The staff are friendly and the lovely blonde Scottish woman that styled my hair and could not have been better, she described all the hair products to me and made me feel so comfortable, the end result looked so sleek so I will definitely be returning!
