The masseuse was friendly and really nice but when I was welcomed I was just told to get on the bed. There was no actual welcome or talking about what we would be doing. I was my first time booking reflexology so it would have been nice to talk about it a little. I wanted a relaxing massage but it was just too harsh. Also the door was left open while she went to wash her hands and I was on the bed with a towel. Really friendly but would not book again
