I just want to give you some feedback related to my experience with the Shoko hair and beauty salon this morning.
You know I have used Treatwell several times and I had no complaints whatsoever. I have to say I am surprised to see that you work wish such dishonest people like the owner of this salon.
I went there this morning on time for my appointment and the woman seemed nice and talkative. The only reason why I choose her it’s because it was the cheapest place in the area where I am staying at the moment. I paid 30£ for colour roots, which is ok compared to what I pay normally that is 35£. First of all, she covered my highlights that I have done a month ago with some kind of excuse without even asking me. Secondly, she blow dried my hair in a very hurried way ( I could have done a better job) and charged me 25£ extra. When I asked what she was charging she said 20£ for the blow dry and 5£ for the toner. Then when she gave me the change she gave me 0.50 pence less. Now if you check her price list the roots colour is 25£ ( please see email with attached photo that have sent to your email address) so you had anyway charged me more than what I was supposed to pay.
I have to say, I am disgusted by this behaviour and I hope you will take my comments into consideration as I think you shouldn’t have hidden fees when someone book from your app as they trust your service.

The lady was very nice. I feel she took too much off my eyebrows, but we hadn’t discussed prior to starting. Overall is great value for money, it’s just not very nice sitting right by the door where people are waiting and coming in to get your face threaded.
