I called in to say I was running late, and although they were closing at 7pm they kindly waited for me to arrive

So bad don’t go there. The main woman messed up my eyebrows many times and cut my skin all over my face, she doesn’t care how you look she just wants her money. Now my eyebrows have bald patches which never grow any hair. Very upset

The worst experience ever. The master has not showed up on the day of booking. I have waited for 15 minutes on a cold, windy and dirty stairs (aka fire escape) behind the closed door. Never again.

I had very bad experience i dont wish for anyone when i saw the place i wish that i didnt book so i can go but i dit so the lady hairdresser who did my hair was rude and arrogant and when she came she brought her friends to talk and drink cofees and they were laughing so loud and they were so anoying ...i was not treated well at all i was not confortabile not Even one minute i have to mention when i came to my booking i was early i Could wait no problem But the lady was eating in front of me not Even hiding ...this is not nice not proffesional at all ...save your time go somewhere else if u want to be treated as you deserve ...
